Last meeting of the Series by Peter Auto before the summer break. The event took place in warm sunshine and attracted a large entry as competitors fought to defend their positions in the different classifications.
The weekend’s racing unfolded on the Paul-Armagnac circuit in this beautiful region in the south-west of France.

Endurance Racing Legends

The most modern cars competing in circuit events organised by Peter Auto can be found in this series.
It brings together machines that young spectators go wild about: GTs and prototypes from the 1990s and 2000s.
The rise of Endurance Racing Legends represents a real nod to Peter Auto, the organizer having largely contributed to the history of these cars on the circuits, both in the 1990s with the BPR (Barth-Peter-Ratel) than in the 2000s with the Le Mans Series.

Fifties’ Legends

The grid pays homage to the World Championship for Makes that was introduced in 1953 for sports cars and a bit later on for grand touring vehicles.
This championship met the latent needs of the car industry as well as those of small constructor, it revealed and/or confirmed its specialists at the same time as numerous manufacturers, whatever their resources or ambitions, found in it a way to boost their growth
The following are eligible: cars from the GT & GTS classes homologated and entered for significant national or international races before 1st January 1962 (Period E) plus certain cars from classes TC, TSRC Period E and GTS Period F.

The Heritage Touring Cup quickly became successful among the owners and drivers of these saloons, which provided excitement in the halcyon era of the European Touring Car Championship (ETCC) between 1966 and 1984.
The pinnacle of the season was the Spa-Francorchamps 24 Hours which became the favourite playing field of the best-known manufacturers and drivers’ majority.

Sixties’ Endurance

The Sixties’ Endurance, for pre-63 Sports and pre-66 GTs, offers a wonderful occasion to admire all icons of the world championship at the time.
Strong endurance highlight, these two-hour races put together a wide range of cars for both the period 1950 to 1965, and the capacity.
One of Peter Auto characteristic features is, in addition to the traditional classification, a weighted classification which favours the smaller cubes and older cars in front of their powerful and younger challengers such as the AC Cobras, undoubtedly more efficient.
