Race notes:
Charles Kolb led the race from the start and maintained his lead until two laps before the finish. Then he was passed by Tom Payne, who ran closely second whole race, because of two spins caused by gear selection problems. Payne didn't won however because he switch his reserve fuel tank to 'off' and stopped on the final lap. Before he noticed that, he lost two positions.
